Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from Janette Crest Commerce LLC, operating as Janette Crest Office, through janettecrestoffice.com. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligibility and account information

You must provide accurate, current billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, specifications, colors, dimensions, availability, and pricing. Display settings and manufacturing updates may cause minor differences. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected of fraud.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before an order is submitted. Payment authorization may occur when you place an order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is approved for fulfillment.

Shipping and delivery

Returns, refunds, and damaged items

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Inspect deliveries promptly and notify us of visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 48 hours when possible. Keep packaging and photographs to support a carrier or damage claim.

Product use and assembly

Follow all manufacturer instructions, weight limits, safety warnings, and assembly guidance. Janette Crest Office is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, or failure to follow care and safety instructions.

Intellectual property

The website design, copy, graphics, logo, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Janette Crest Commerce LLC and may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Janette Crest Commerce LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
