30-day return window

Eligible, unused items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact support@janettecrestoffice.com before returning any item.

Return condition

Products must be unused, unassembled where applicable, and returned in original packaging with manuals, hardware and proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

• Final-sale, clearance or marked non-returnable merchandise.
• Custom, personalized or special-order products.
• Items damaged through misuse or improper assembly.

Return shipping and refunds

Customers are responsible for return freight unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
